Nikki Staab closed her downtown Tacoma studio, and is doing in person personal training in Enumclaw now. She is also available for virtual training, which I am doing now after 10 years of in person training. Nikki is the perfect trainer for women of all ages and all sizes. She takes each client where she is and works with that client on her fitness goals, whether that is multiple marathons, or a walk to the end of the block. She is skilled in weight lifting and boxing. She is knowledgeable about nutrition, if you are interested. She makes working out fun!
