We purchased 2 very nice recliners during the La-Z Boy moving sale in August 2022 (they were moving from Randall Way to their new location). The staff was treat. Didn’t pressure or hover uncomfortably, were there when we needed them, helped us find a second recliner. Delivery was on time and just like in-store staff, the delivery folks were great. Such a pleasant experience (unlike our experience purchasing appliances from another retailer). Highly recommend.

Okay, these chairs are pretty expensive, but the service was amazing. Didn't even choose a chair until 3 visits, and the rep was very patient, friendly, showed all different features and adjustments (including turning the chair over, demonstrating different features, discussing price and benefits...very knowledgeable but not at all pushy).
