In 2013 Rich Herboldt, the owner, cleaned our roof, collected the debris and sprayed it with anti-moss. He did a good job. Based on past performance we had him come again this year. He blew the roof clean filling the gutters with debris, spot sprayed only the roof with anti-moss and did not clean the gutters because the debris was a bit wet. As agreed, he came back, cleaned the gutters superficially, dropping the debris to the patio, driveway and the ground, did not collect the debris but instead blew it to the sides. He also sprayed the roof a bit more still leaving areas unsprayed. Then he charged me an additional $75 for cleaning the gutters which he filled before. This was supposed to be included in the original price.
