Explained options clearly including advantages and disadvantages of each. Have used them several times and their work has always been excellent on time and as stated before work began.

Raymark may be seen as pricey, but they are excellent at working efficiently, getting done quickly, explaining everything, and letting you know what must be done right away and what things can wait for a while. Their prices are by the type of job and not hourly and they'll work until it's done right, coming bak at no charge if they have to. They will answer questions, no matter how "dumb", and let you know what to watch for, meaning symptoms of possible problems---important in a very old house !

We regret our decision to have Raymark complete our sewer line replacement. We had a terrible experience throughout the process, but the most concerning issue was that they informed us the work was completed, and represented to us verbally and in writing, that that our sewer was lined all the way to the city sewer main. I requested a video of the completed project and the above ground photos taken during the work. They delayed sending the video and told me that the photos taken during the project were lost. When I finally received a video of the sewer line, I noted that it was not lined all the way to the main. They then had to send their subcontractor back to use a different type of process to add a patch. I have no confidence in the work that was done as the subcontractor had to attempt our sewer lining more than once during the initial phase of the project and then return to install the patch to the main. I feel like they were not adequately supervised by Raymark during the project. In fact, Raymark did not give us advance notice that a subcontractor was going to complete part of the work. Overall, the project took way longer than planned, and I have no confidence in the work. Now, we are getting emails from Raymark advising that we should hire them to scope our sewer line to look for problems. This is a brand new sewer line! I wonder what type of problems they anticipate.
