This is a somewhat shady operation in a nice an cozy setting. Only one person has an actual massage license, yet they bring in extras to do both feet and fully body massages. Rarely does anyone speak English and most have no training and are unskilled. After suffering an injury when one wrench my ankle the wrong way, I contacted the WA State Health Dept who conducted an investigation. They said they didn't have anyone by the name I gave, though I have seen her there twice and know you can request her. You can have a pleasant experience or a not so pleasant one, depending on who you get. I recommend sticking with those that have the now required reflexology certification required. That is, unless you one someone putting their full body weight on top of your knees while your legs are stretched out fully with your feet on an ottoman.
