The County inspector had them come back twice to fix the shody installation job they did. Then, when I paid ahead for yearly maintenance, they would not refund me when the worker ghosted me on the appointment, which I set up a month in advance. I spoke to an employee at Costco, where I signed up for the product and was told Costco had terminated their relationship with Brennan.
