We hired North Creek Roofers after checking out their ratings on Consumer Checkbook as well as two other companies. After interviewing all three, we selected North Creek Roofers and could not be happier with the results. We were given a start date, assigned a Project Manager and a team. They arrived when they said they would and worked all day until dark, except for a lunch break. Every day they thoroughly cleaned up everything that had dropped into the back and front yards, used a magnet device to make sure all stray nails were picked up from the driveway and surrounding areas, and even took it so far as to blow our deck free of leaves. At all times they were respectful and thoughtful of our neighbors, as far as blocking driveways. The predicted finish time was two to three days, and they finished the entire project in 2-1/2 days. A few hours after the crew left, an inspector arrived and went up onto the roof and all around the house to make sure everything was in perfect shape. We highly recommend this company.

[May 2024]: I hired North Creek Roofing to rip off and replace the roof of my 1940s craftsman home in North Everett (approximately 1,400 sq ft on the first floor). I selected them based on the depth of work their estimator, Cody Gilnick, did and their price. Cody carefully spent over an hour looking at the roof and the attics to understand the scope of work needed. While their bid wasn't the lowest, they understood the job more than their competitors and were within a few percent of the other bids. Due to weather, the crew started a day late but took the estimated 2 1/2 day, even with extra work replacing rotten decking. They also replaced my older gutters at the same time. The work looks good, and there were no leaks after the first rain. Thanks for a job well done! The total job with the roof, rot replacement, and gutters was around $22k (with different options and materials and no gutters, I could have gone down to around $16k - all of these are with 10% tax included)
