I happened to be driving by in August on their free carwash day. Yes, the line we pretty long but boy were they efficient moving people through. I've been to several other Brown Bear in Issaquah and Bellevue and EVERYTHING about this one was better. My only regret was that I didn't have a case of cold beverages to give the amazing employees working in the sweltering heat so I and many others could get a free carwash. I know which Brown Bear I'm going to from now on. 😉
