Mitch was on time, cheerful, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the parts for the repair. Karen was a good communicator. We would gladly hire them again.

Mitch and his apprentice changed fluorescent ceiling fixtures to LED fixtures in two of our bathrooms. The pricing was substantially lower than another, large company that would only quote on a time and materials basis with the fixture costing almost twice what I paid buying it myself. Mitch was happy to install what I bought and verified suitability through email prior to the job.

Had a different electrician out to fix a problem with lights in one room and he could not discover the problem in the time allotted so told me I'd be on a wait list for someone to come back. They never did and when I called to schedule they blew me off. Electrical Installers promptly scheduled my job and Mitch and his apprentice tracked down the problem in old wiring and got everything fixed and cleaned up. They were wonderful to work with start to finish.
