Terrible in every way. Terrible smell to the point of gagging. Hardly ever respond to call button. Hardly ever follow through with answers to questions. Can act hostile if you ask too many questions. Poor phone service. Is a for profit system that only does the state required minimums and will evade those until they are caught and fined.
