They do dependable work, and offer flexible scheduling. Adequate facilities for waiting for work to be completed. Prices are higher than independent shops, but that's normal for dealerships. I like that they don't recommend a bunch of additional services when I come in for oil change.

I have an older but reliable Sequoia. Michael's gives a good look ahead for recommended services and price but no pressure to do it now. Repairs have always been quality. Prices are a little higher than independents but is worth it.

Quality of work and staff are great and the lobby is comfortable to hang out in while the vehicle is being serviced. They are one of the more expensive options.
