Absolutely terrible. I called in January 2024 to have some minor kitchen work done (think, connecting some under counter lights and replacing some standard outlet switches) and the technician spent over 20 minutes giving a canned presentation about the company and how he is going to perform a comprehensive safety assessment of my whole home - including smoke detectors and electrical panels, etc. etc. After declining the whole home assessment, I said I just wanted the work done that I requested. He then spent 10 more minutes creating his "good, better, best" sales pitch for this work that included high ticket items I did not ask for - such as pricey annual service plans and a whole house surge protection system - all with monthly payment plans that obscured the total price. I felt like I was in a car dealership. When I asked directly for just the price of the work I requested, I was verbally quoted over $3,000. For work that would only take 2-3 hours maximum with no parts or running any wires. I said no and contacted another licensed electrician who performed the same services requested for $1,300. A $69.95 lesson to avoid this place.

Good work, but appears to be extremely expensive. I had 2 GFI outlets and an outdoor light sconce replaced -- which cost almost $900, even using a sconce I provided.

The Absolute representative was very competent and understood how to help and willing to review my electric panel with me. He was fast and affordable given the job I had.
