Great service! I have used A-1 to service my dryer vent twice and Rodney has never disappointed. Rodney was very professional, personable, honest, and thorough! I've had other "well-known" companies do the same job and not nearly as thorough. You cannot convince me that snaking a vacuum hose though the exterior vent cleans as well as someone taking apart and cleaning all parts (exterior and interior). He took his time and I was here to witness how clean the vent was after servicing. I had an issue with scheduling at first, but that is because he was out for surgery. He was here on the day and at the time promised. I will continue to use this company.
