Recommended
New build for an urban-sized townhome. I was happy with my construction project manager. They offered a generous one-year warranty service period, but I didn't have too much to many service repair requests. I wish they did a better job establishing the HOA by-laws and annual budget for a townhome (not single-family home) community, but these are some of the growing pains for a new build HOA community.
