I don't want to be hyperbolic, but there is literally not enough space here to detail the horrific experience I had with Renters Warehouse. Things started off on the wrong foot before they had even secured a tenant for me, and only got worse. They performed virtually no property management on my behalf, and instead bucked all of the problems back to me. They didn't run interference for me, rather I had to run interference for them. They also apparently used a third-party company to handle maintenance issues, based I believe in South Dakota, a mere 2,000 miles away, and, again, it always took at least two or three e-mails and/or phone calls between me and their agent before I could get a clear idea of what the issues were and how to address them. My tenant often got caught in the middle as well, which was very uncomfortable. The bottom line is that they bilked me out of $119 each month, and essentially the only service I got from them in return was rent collection. A very bad deal all the way around. Definitely avoid them like the plague.
