A new American Standard HVAC system was installed in August of 2024. In the air-condition mode it felt less comfortable than the over 30 year old Trane system it replaced. They came out a couple times, added refrigerant, and said to see how it goes. It still felt uncomfortable. In the heat mode it did not work at all. A part needed to be replaced which took almost three weeks. Then within two months the same part failed again. It has been over a week and the part is still not installed! The "managers" of whom you can never reach are not any help at all. No, I would not recommend United Air Temp.
