Had a fireplace gas line repaired by Bison Plumbing, which is the husband /installer of the Aspen Fireplace owner. The part replaced had worked for 17 years, now 10 months into the replacement/repair they made, I have a gas leak at the site again. Felt WAY over charged for the repair at the time,(>$400).

They were more than happy to sell me a fireplace, but not so concerned about installing it properly and providing service after the installation. They rarely returned my calls. I had to keep calling them back.

Company needs constant reminders that service needs to start/completed. They have a showroom but few systems set up to see a working display, and just say "you can see it online." Aspen is basically 3 companies: the seller, the installer, and the seller's husband's company that gets the county approvals.
