I had a dog with dry eyes, and I told Critter Sitters that she needed drops in her eyes twice a day. When I got home, I was horrified! My dog’s eyes were crusted over—poor thing! I immediately washed out her eyes until she could see. When I called Critter Sitters, they did not seem to care. BTW, their annual key fee is outrageous—about $100 just to have your key on file for a year?!! Are you kidding me?! I turned to Pet Elf, and they don’t that.
