We used Area Landscaping to re-grade the area around the foundation of our house to address moisture in our basement, level out some uneven areas in our backyard, and repair/re-route a drain pipe. Richard came out to meet with me and was both professional and courteous. He carefully assessed the property, shared his recommendation, and explained exactly what his crew would do. I had a quote within 24 hours and an understanding of what was needed to schedule the work. He also pointed out some potential problem areas that I had not observed, such as having too many downspouts connected to a single drain pipe and potential issues with our rear gutter - I also ended up having his team run a second drain pipe alongside the existing one after discussing this. When his crew arrived, they were very professional and worked quickly. He came out several times to check on the work, and I always felt like we were in good hands. His crew cleaned up everything and left no trace. They did accidentally miss one area that Richard and I had discussed, but when I pointed it out he had his crew return the following day to take care of it. I did not get multiple quotes and am unable to compare their pricing with others, but the amount seemed fair and the result was well worth it. I would gladly use their services again!
