This is one superior functioning operation! Years ago, we signed up for twice yearly gutter cleaning and the service works like fine Swiss clockwork. How it works: 5 or 6 weeks out, they email invoice. As soon as payment is received — by mailed check or pay invoice online — they schedule the work. My only effort is to click the “Pay” link and enter credit card info. Easy. We don’t get a specific date, because they are careful to note leaf drop patterns and rain and schedule accordingly. We don’t even have to be home when they clean the gutters: they’ll leave a door hanger confirming visit and names of the crew who did the work. Our yard is always left cleaner than when they arrived, since they blow the leaves. Maple offers a straightforward service, at a fair price, executed perfectly by professionals. I love this company!
