Shawn and Dawn are an amazing tech team. I've paid for tech support from other companies. None of them are close to matching Shawn and Dawn's expertise and professionalism while being easy to work with. They kept my computer running beautifully until it was time to get a new one. I opted to have Shawn build my current computer. Yes, I paid more than I would have had I bought one at a box store; however, I've had minimal difficulty with the computer Shawn built. It's now 1.5 years old. The tweaking that has been done has been minimal. Shawn checked it out once when I thought it had been hacked. I took notes on his clear concise explanation of "spoofing," and emailed them to friends who had alerted me about questionable emails that looked like they were from me. I recommend TechMedx unreservedly.

Shawn set up our TV, blu-ray player, and sound bar and he also set up our Harmony remote control so we could easily control all our new devices. Shawn also gave helpful advice when we spoke on the phone before we had finalized our decisions on what to buy. He arrived promptly and was very patient in showing us how to use our new system.
