i BROUGHT MY RIDING MOWER TO WICKS FOR 10 YEARS, AS IT WAS THE CLOSEST ONE TO ME. FOR 10 YEARS I WOULD ASK THEM TO RAISE THE MOWER BED SO I COULD USE MORE THAN THE HIGHEST SETTING TO CUT MY GRASS, WHICH DIDN'T LEAVE 3 INCHES. THE LAST YEAR, HE MADE FUN OF THE BRAND AND INSISTED HE RAISED IT AS MUCH AS HE COULD. I DIDN'T GO BACK THIS YEAR AND FOUND VA TRACTOR CO WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE AND FIXED EVERYTHING WORKING WITH MY MOWER. IT WORKS MUCH BETTER NOW.

I have patronized Wicks for more than 20 years. They always do a good job of repairing or servicing my lawn mower, string trimmer, or leaf blower. I also have bought high-quality lawn mowers from them. Their turn-around on all services is at least as fast as promised, and often faster.
