These guys are fantastic! I was told my garage door needed to be replaced and it would be 14-18 weeks to get a new door from the manufacturer due to COVID. My neighbor then gave me JPS contact information. Javier responded right away, and the door was repaired within 2 days for a very small fraction of what it would have cost to replace it. Would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend this father and son team. Installed new garage door opener and and later replaced springs. These are my go-to people for anything garage door related.

The installation did not go smoothly. A rail adjustment (repositioning) was necessary to allow the new door to operate properly. Additionally, the door stopped operating after a few days due to a balky electrical connection between the wall control unit and the opener. Pedro came out quickly and fixed the problem. The electrical problem has reoccured on two additional occasions and I've fixed the problem myself (although Pedro was very likely willing to come back to try and make things right permanently).
