They came highly recommended and seem to have been around for a long time, but a lack of initiative, poor communication and little management oversight resulted in a very disappointing experience. The owner is very accomplished and competent, but he sends his crews out with no supervision and there was no continuity on the project from day to day. We never knew who was coming or going or when, unless we called and demanded to know what the status was. We had multiple instances of them "forgetting" was included in our quote and project scope, despite it being in writing. They made things right in the end, but only after months of phone calls and oversight on our part. It was a frustrating experience and not worth the money that we paid.
