The bridal party's experience before this particular location wasn't the greatest, so receiving attentive and cheerful assistance at the Richfield location was refreshing to say the least. The assistant took extra steps to ensure the problem we were having wasn't replicated and that we were happy. We even saved some money on a few deals that day and was able to find a dress for everyone.

David’s Bridal staff seemed to have a rude and haughty attitude because the dress I had altered was not a David’s Bridal dress, and it needed to be done quickly. Don’t offer a service and then cop an attitude when customers use that service!
