In February of 2020 I solicited bids from 4 highly rated, experienced, deck contractors to refurbish a large second story deck on our home. Jayme Quinnell, of Outdoor Spaces, was the only one to get back to me in a timely manner with a proper bid and detailed drawing. He wasn't the cheapest but he was by far the most professional, pointing out a number of details and issues the other contractors ignored. When I hired him in February he scheduled July 20th as our project start date. We used the ensuing months to rethink,make changes, and reach final decisions about the project. Jayme was responsive and very helpful all along the way. Despite the challenges of 2020, our project started only 4 days late. The two man crew were excellent, skilled, and personable professionals. We had some unavoidable delays, but Jayme remained in contact and kept the project moving. The quoted price never changed. I am so pleased with the workmanship on the deck and the whole experience of working with Jayme and his crew that I have Outdoor Spaces contracted for another project this spring (2021).
