We had an excellent experience with Twin Cities Appliance Service (TCAS) and would recommend them without question. We purchased a brand-new KitchenAid dishwasher (KDTE204KPS) for our home in Bloomington. Of course, the unit failed upon the initial start-up test cycle, so we had to call KitchenAid to resolve the issue. To their credit, KitchenAid (Whirlpool) didn’t hesitate in the least to schedule servicing; we were scheduled for 2 days after I called, and I was told we’d be getting service updates from TCAS, one of their approved contractors. Sure enough, TCAS was prompt and clear in their service notification texts, and they made sure I was aware of the tech’s departure and arrival. When the tech (Joe) got here, he was polite and courteous, answered all my questions regarding the service and the issue, got to work promptly, clearly made good use of his time, and quickly had the part (Pump and Motor Assembly) changed and the unit tested and repaired. We really appreciate good, no-BS service, especially given the number of contractor-scammers out there, and we’d definitely use TCAS again if we needed any appliance repair.

Serviced Whirlpool refrigerator. Symptoms were super cold freezer insufficient refrigerator cooling. Resolved by control board replacement. Also pulled out unit to vacuum dust accumulation. Scheduled service next day.

Did a great job. Expensive, but that's to be expected. Professional.
