I would also like to add that I had contacted 4 others on the list provided by checkbook and only one of them returned a call; and we ended up playing phone tag to get something setup as there wasn't anyone readily available to answer the phone; and that company once we did communicate said the work couldn't be completed until 2019.
I had no problems contacting a human at Gardner! I guess as far as price, I'm not sure; as I didn't get another quote as it proved to difficult to get anyone else here to at least come and do a estimate.
