I highly recommend Kurt for tech help, especially if you use Apple computers or devices. Over the years, I’ve used several other techs, and there is simply no comparison. He works with PCs as well, but his expertise on Mac really makes a difference that I didn’t appreciate until now. I note that he worked at Mac Upgrades in Bethesda for a number of years. He is a good listener and can clearly explain as much (or as little) as you want to know. I've really put his patient teaching skills to the test and have learned a great deal from him. He is knowledgable, organized, and efficient. Communication by phone, email, or text is excellent. He can work in your home or small business, or remotely, and I note that his work hours are in late afternoon and evening, which has been especially convenient for me. To top it off, you will not meet a nicer person than Kurt. An appointment with him is a pleasant event, like having a friend come over to visit.
