Excellent service once they arrived, but a small hassle to schedule. They tried to reschedule at least 3 times and kept suggesting new dates to come after we'd already agreed on a date. I'm likely to use this company again for a low-priority call but may be wary if my job were time-sensitive.

Our experience with YC Electric was fantastic. The crew arrived on time, started right away and even did a few extra items that weren't on our list. They installed an attic fan, a ceiling fan, and did an assortment of other items. Highly recommended.

I recently hired YC Electric to help with some wiring issues in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. First off, scheduling was a breeze. I submitted a request and Kamilla was able to schedule me right away. Jin & Hung arrived right on time, which was a refreshing change from past experiences with other contractors. Once they arrived, they took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly inspect the problem areas. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated as someone who isn't very familiar with electrical work. Throughout the job, the team was meticulous and efficient. They worked quickly but never rushed, making sure everything was done correctly and safely. They even took the time to clean up after themselves, which is something I've found not all contractors do. Overall, my experience with the team at YC Electric was excellent. The pricing was fair, the service was exceptional, and my electrical issues were resolved promptly. I would highly recommend YC Electric to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs.
