Dalton and his crew recently repaired all rotten trim on our house and painted the house in its entirety. Dalton also repaired the stone front on our house. Dalton was very attentive to detail and very responsive to all of our requests. Once Dalton started they worked every day to complete the job. After each day they cleaned up so as not to interfere with our life. The house looks great and just like brand new. I highly recommend MDC construction.

Dalton and his apprentice did a great job repairing my damaged brick wall. I'm delighted with how it looks. He quickly replied to my request for an estimate and sent me a timely winning proposal. It did take a few months for Dalton to do the job, which took only one day, but it was not an urgent repair, and Dalton always replied quickly to my status requests. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him/MDC again. I also liked that MDC holds a MD home improvement license. Many contractors do not, and it affords homeowners important protection.

Owner Dalton is a one-man-band who does it all: masonry, stonework, concrete, woodwork, painting, and pretty much anything involving your home and yard. He is friendly, hard working and honest. He built a concrete walkway, graded the yard to improve drainage, and painted our house.
