My air conditioner was blowing hot air. Audi repaired in 2023. In 2024, the same issue arose and I returned to have the issue fixed at no cost. The staff was pleasant and the dealership was nice yet the initial repair was not done correctly.

Customer service terrible; don't return phone calls. Repair people constantly try to up sell repairs. Repair prices outrageous. No followup by sales people after purchase completed.
