He based his recommendations and estimates upon what he could show me and see, was up-front about what he didn't know, and clearly outlined what hidden costs might exist once they removed the old siding. He understood what we could afford and did not try to upsell me. He clearly communicated potential delays due to COVID limitations on shipping.
