Not Recommended
Disorganized at front desk — couldn’t figure out Blue Cross insurance. Incompetent at drawing blood — took multiple attempts and the had to find someone else to do it.

Not being a chemist or physician, I find it hard to rate the quality of a lab facility. I can only assume adequacy based on regulatory oversight and the advice of my doctors. Nevertheless, the service at the facility on Middlebrook Road has always been prompt, efficient, and cheerful.

I gave blood drawn here about four times a year and they do a great job. They get it on the first stick every time!
