We have only had warranty work done to date on our 2 Mercedes but I am quite pleased. I judge a dealership by its service department and Euromotor Cars Germantown is superior.

Had problem with battery discharging and although warranty had expired 2 days earlier, they replaced the battery as if it had been under warranty. Very impressed!!
