They hid information from me, and attempted to overcharge me by thousands of dollars. They knew about a design defect in my model of car and never told me. Eventually I had to get the regional manger of Mazda of North America involved to get satisfaction. Basically. there service department is a bunch of shameless liars.

They do a very good job. They cost more, but I've taken the car to a mechanic who was not a dealer and after two tries they couldn't properly fix the AC. Then I took it to Rosenthal/Gaithersburg Mazda who fixed it. I would rather pay more for good work.
