Urbana Dryer is amazing. They do more than clean dryer vents; they repair them. too. Their technician, James, brought my 30-year-old dryer back from the dead. The owner, Dennis, goes out of his way to serve us. His prices are extremely fair. I couldn't recommend Urbana more.

We had a complicated issue - second-floor apartment, convoluted duct path. Service person was very competent, efficient, and patient. The job, which took three hours to complete, entailed both inside and outside (ladder required) work. The service person arrived with all the equipment he needed to do the job right. Duct was entirely blocked by accumulated lint. (The duct had been "cleaned" several months previously by another company, which, in retrospect, ripped us off by their lack of thoroughness.)
