Cecilia has excellent craftsmanship, or better yet craftsWOMANship. She talked me through her assessment and work, explaining the why and how. She did two projects for me to correct poor workmanship done by male contractors. Unlike them, she was respectful of my home and me as a woman learning about home improvement. I got her opinion on some future projects for my home. I highly recommend Cecilia. I will definitely use Handywoman Services again. Project #1: cut new tiles, install tiles, and recaulk shower. Project #2: reinstall shoe molding, caulk, and paint baseboards.

We highly recommend Handywoman Services. Cecelia is very practical and creative in helping us solve problems such as doors that are too narrow. Prices are reasonable.

I’ve used Cecilia just once so far, but I was impressed by her. For starters, she returned my call within 24 hours. She came soon after that and quickly dispensed with our three top priority items. There were a couple of other chores that she worked on for a while, then said she would have to think about them some more – and because she did not solve them that day, she did not charge for the time she spent on them. When is the last time a handyman did that? Speaking of “handyman,” I must say that I like the idea of a handywoman. Think about it, for a woman to succeed in a field that is so dominated by men, she must be pretty good at what she does. Cecilia is indeed very good, and her prices are reasonable. She’s awfully pleasant, too. I will definitely be calling her again.
