Claim caretakers are trained by them when caretakers say they never met the owners or received training. Contract and stated services are a fantasy. They lie about the backgrounds of their employees, e.g. said one was a nurse when the person never had health training. We had to fire one in the late evening for neglect and scaring our family member who was in her care. Didn't know enough to call 911 after a bad fall requiring hospitalization. Tell you that a caretaker can cook when they can't or can drive when they don't even have a license. Stay clear of this outfit.
