Overall, the work was adequate, and we would have them out again. Our only disappointment was sloppiness of stain application (stain was on our siding and gutters once it was completed). Also, due to not helping choose the best stain option, nor sanding the deck first, the stain has begun to peel.
However, overall, and compared to our last experience with another company, we would have Top Deck out in the future to do more repairs.
