Had a very long wait for oil change, went an hour past estimated time with no communication from service person as to progress or reason why it was taking so long. It seemed they were short handed or in the middle of shift change or lunch breaks and my car was lost in the shuffle

Grossinger had my car for over a month, and charged me $4500 and never a loaner. They wanted to replace my transmission for another $2300. I took it to a reputable place who replaced a tie rod for $600. Problem solved. Do yourself a favor, don't go here!
