I have been using Best Friends for many years through many dogs. We have dealt with a wide variety of ailments, and Dr's Rausch, Scarbeck and now Dr. Orsini have helped us through all of them. In difficult situations they explain things clearly, with options and possible outcomes. When they think you should see a specialist at Veterinary Specialties in Buffalo Grove, they tell you to, and help coordinate specialist care if it's needed. They show genuine concern for your pets---and you.
