Elle Salon in Elgin, IL is a full service salon. They not only do hair (of course), but also massage, manicure, pedicure, makeup (weddings). I've been going to Elle Salon for over 5 years now for my hair cut and have NEVER had a bad experience. All the stylists are extremely knowledgeable, technically proficient, and very professional. My wife goes here for her "spa day" every 3 months and pampers herself with their manicures, pedicures, hair treatment, facial, etc. Elle is really a fantastic place!
