They were very responsive and worked with us to give us what we wanted.

These guys are incredibly hard to get to talk to on the phone, or to return your calls. They did a good job on replacing the roof on my wife's business (a small shop in Lombard), but when I tried to get them to do some repair work on our home's roof, I just could not get them on the phone. So I gave up and went with another roofer.

I contracted with this firm & paid a large deposit on Aug.28, 2015. Spent the next several MONTHS trying to get them to commit to an install date. Finally, went to address on business card (owner's home) & he promised the next Thursday or Friday. No show! I then called & left a message that if I didn't hear from them by Monday noon, I would complain to BBB and GAF's Elite Certification group. Within a couple of weeks, they had a crew on site to do the relatively small repair job. By then, the temperature was not optimal for putting down a self-adhesive roofing product. A roller was not used to achieve maximum adhesion. The kitchen fan exhaust to roof vent system was subpar on duct size transition and required me to put in a new electrical switch in the kitchen - good communication earlier could have helped a lot here.
