Marianne Mandel is exceptional as a mortgage broker working diligently to give you the best mortgage rate options possible. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions and Marianne was always willing to take extra time in our emails and phone calls to answer all my concerns adequately so I always had all the information to make a good decision I could live with. She is on top of things, very responsive and keeps you in the loop throughout the whole mortgage lending process and works well with the rest of your team such as Real Estate Agent and Attorney. Having someone as competent and knowledgeable in the real estate industry on my side advocating for me, put me at ease and made the home buying process less arduous.
