The operations of this place was okay but the work itself was subpar. Good communication overall and the estimator was prompt, kind and helpful. The contractors that came out were nice, and didn't seem to waste any time, but the job they did was inadequate and possibly even dangerous. Inconsistent caulking around tub with visible gaps, didn't follow directions for an exterior spigot shutoff valve (that will have to be redone), didn't adequately secure the washer and dryer pedestals (didn't secure them at all actually), and did such a poor job sealing the dryer exhaust that it was basically venting into the basement. The project manager was pretty short in his replies when I brought all this up. I won't be calling them again.

FixIt did a great job and were very efficient with the work. The communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend.
