Annual service after Besco had bought my long-time provider. Technician recommended replacement of water heater and replacement of has pipe leading to furnace. Job estimator was the guy I'd used for 30+ years; he said the water heater was probably okay for a few more years ... and could find no gas leak near the furnace.
