More expensive but you “get what you pay for” with furniture. High quality furniture, helpful salespeople. Free catalogs in the mail to customers.

We used Ethan Allen Design Center in the western suburbs of Chicago some years ago, and remain sold on them. The furniture we purchased--two loveseats, an upholstered chair, and a large area rug--have not "aged" at all despite years of use. We love the classic look of these pieces and receive many compliments from visitors to our home. Our Ethan Allen designer was intelligent and thoughtful about our room and its unique needs. We'll visit again.
