Emily is great! She listens closely and tailors treatment to your body and injury. She follows up with you a few days post treatment and uses that information for your next appt. I had an ongoing problem for more than 2 years. I saw many doctors and had 2 long rounds of PT without improvement. MRI results recommended surgery. I tried Emily as a last resort to avoid surgery. My first visit was a learning curve for us but the 2nd visit eliminated one of my areas of pain! I'm still in treatment with her as we have found some of the deeper muscle pain to be more stubborn. It has definitely improved but I'll keep treatment up as long as I'm still improving. I'm already past any decision to have surgery, so everything forward is bonus to me. Emily does fascial stretch therapy, massage therapy, kinesio tape, cupping and more. She will develop a plan with you and for your specific issues. She has helped me.
