I had him do my tax return for 6 years while I had a home I rented. After the house was sold, my return was simple, only my social security and minor investment income. I made a spread sheet of all my expenses in detail on my computer for him to save time. He had me drop off and pick up my tax return when he used to do it while I waited when I had rental income! I do not live close to his office. He also charged me $270.00! I will use Turbo Tax from this year. He also only uses invoice number on his bill, no account number.
